A nice book for all aspiring filmmakers

This book is maybe the simplest investment I actually have created within the past year. It starts off by acknowledging the very fact that it's, in fact, onerous to interrupt into Hollywood. however it follows with the statement that if you have got enough determination, you'll build it happen. though some notice this sort of positive encouragement cliched, I found it to be specifically what I needed: somebody successful within the business telling me that I will really reach my Hollywood goals. The book then describes the filmmaking method, step by step from pre to post-production and each detail in between. It defines and explains every and each one that helps contribute to a movie and never looks to pull. I strongly reccomend this book to those that are like me, dreaming to create it in Hollywood. due to Mr. Levy for giving this unbelievable supply of data. Well done.

Beyond Disappointing

As a loyal Mike and Mike listener, and given the large quantity of self promotion daily on their show, i used to be eagerly wanting forward to the current book. In short, "meh". Nothing new, rehash of a number of their recent comedy bits, and as previously posted here, a format that was arduous on the eyes and infrequently troublesome to follow. i do know that Golic frequently talks regarding penning this book along with his crayons - and given the format - there appears to be some truth to his assertion. As for content, the sole redeeming chapter, is that the one written by the wives. Save your cash and wait till it seems on the discount rack at your native bookstore.
